1. Acceptance of the terms

Access to and use of the KÏORA site imply acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By using the site, the visitor or customer acknowledges having read these terms and undertakes to comply with them.

KÏORA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time the site is used.

The KÏORA site is, in principle, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

KÏORA takes the necessary measures to ensure access to the site under proper conditions.

The deletion of a customer account does not affect the rights and obligations arising from orders already placed.

All elements appearing on the KÏORA website, including the trademark, the name KÏORA, logos, photographs, texts, illustrations, drawings, graphic creations, videos, designs and content, are protected by the applicable intellectual property provisions.

Unless KÏORA has given prior written authorisation, any reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, publication or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited.

Use of the website does not confer on the visitor or customer any ownership rights over content or elements belonging to KÏORA.

6. Content posted by users

Where the website allows users to publish reviews, comments, photographs or other content, such content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

In particular, it is prohibited to publish content that is:
