TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Products
KÏORA offers clothing and textile items for sale as presented in its online store.
Each product is accompanied by a description presenting its main characteristics, including its composition, cut, dimensions where available, and care instructions.
The photographs and visuals appearing on the site are intended to present the products as faithfully as possible. However, slight differences in color or appearance may be observed depending on the customer's screen settings, the conditions under which the photographs were taken, or the characteristics of the textile materials.
Products are offered subject to availability.
2. Prices
Product prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes where VAT is applicable.
If KÏORA benefits from the VAT exemption under the basic VAT exemption regime, invoices and commercial documents will include the statement:
“VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code”.
Delivery costs are indicated to the customer before the order is finally confirmed and are added to the price of the products when they are not offered free of charge.
KÏORA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price applicable to the order is the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
To place an order, the customer selects the product or products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.
Before confirming the order, the customer may review and modify the selected products and the delivery information.
In particular, the customer must verify the accuracy of their name, delivery address, e-mail address, and any other information necessary to process the order.
Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the obligation to pay the stated price.
After confirmation and payment, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer at the address provided when placing the order.
KÏORA recommends that the customer retain this confirmation e-mail.
4. Payment
Payment for the order is due when the order is confirmed.
The payment methods available are those offered in the online store at the time the order is placed.
Transactions may be secured and processed by the payment service providers offered by Shopify or by the payment service providers used by KÏORA.
KÏORA does not retain the customer's complete banking details when they are processed directly by the payment service provider.
If payment is refused or fails, the order cannot be confirmed or may be canceled.
5. Confirmation of the Sale
The sale is deemed concluded when the customer has confirmed the order and payment has been accepted.
However, KÏORA reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious error concerning the price or product availability, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.
If an order that has already been paid for is canceled, the customer will be informed and fully refunded the amounts paid for the order concerned.
6. Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
In the exceptional event that a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, KÏORA will inform the customer as soon as possible.
The customer may then, depending on the circumstances:

accept a new delivery period;

request cancellation of the order concerned;

obtain a refund of the amounts corresponding to the unavailable product.
7. Order Errors
The customer is responsible for the information provided when placing the order.
Any error concerning, in particular, the delivery address, size, or selected product must be reported to KÏORA as soon as possible and, if possible, before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, KÏORA cannot guarantee that the delivery information can be modified.
When an address error provided by the customer results in a new shipment, any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
8. Proof of the Transaction
The data recorded by KÏORA's computer system and/or by its payment service providers constitutes, under the conditions provided by law, proof of the transactions carried out on the online store.
Information relating to the order is retained in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.
The customer may request a copy of their order information by contacting KÏORA at the e-mail address indicated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
